Handles work orders and is able to work across the disciplines of Engineering. Good knowledge of building maintenance. Maintains logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools. Close out work orders and ensure minimal impact on the guest. Above all else provide quality service that ensures guest satisfaction. Answers e inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and ensures the smooth running of the shifts. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
