Responsibilities Lead a small team of Tradesmen to perform maintenance works for all station systems/equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s) Prioritise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works and conduct equipment failure investigation Supervise and coordinate with maintenance contractors on modification and capital & revenue works, and take over equipment on site Requirements Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience; OR Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience Good communication and supervisory skills Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
