合約期: 長期/兩年合約部門: 北區/運行處職務： * 協助上級執行一切緊急維修之工作 * 協助二級資深技術員尋找臨時供電來源及為受影響客戶提供臨時供電 * 協助工程師進行檢測、地線故障定位及緊急維修工作 * 進行線坑及電纜接駁坑的檢查工作 * 處理客戶之查詢及投訴 * 協助監督初級員工及承辦商員工之工作，確保工作隊伍遵守有關安、健、環、品質之規定及業務守則 * 負責安排工具及其定期檢查，確保所有工具與設施狀況良好，並妥善整理工作場所 * 執行上級所指派的其他與業務有關的職務，包括參與推廣/提升安健環質文化、駕駛公司車輛、更新記錄、撰寫報告，以及按需要指派的超時工作/往各運作中心工作等 * 在有需要時於非正常工作時間執行緊急備召出勤及於惡劣天氣環境下執勤資格 : * 中三或以上程度 * 完成機電相關之認可學徒訓練 /同等程度訓練/持有強電流電纜接駁技工(E303)/電氣裝配工(E305) /架空天線技工(E311)的有效建造業工人註冊證或同等程度資格 * 持有效建造業安全訓練證明書 * 具備最少3年相關工作經驗，有戶外工作經驗者優先 * 持有效香港駕駛執照(第1/1A及2/2A類) * 能閱讀簡單線路圖則 * 了解中華電力電氣及機械安全規則、有關法例規定、安健環質要求、實務應用守則及相關程序 * 了解安全系統的工作、操作安全、高空作業及體力處理操作的標準 / 技術 * 懂得使用一般電腦軟件及公司電腦系統如Oracle、SPS、GIS、ADMS * 具備良好的安全意識、溝通能力、督導和解決問題技巧、並具有良好的人際關係及團隊精神 * 以中文（包括廣東話）及簡單英文與客戶進行口頭與書面溝通 * 懂得於日常工作中使用智能移動方案如申請者未能完全符合上述要求，但有良好學習及工作態度，公司會考慮以較低職級聘用及給予培訓和發展機會。 ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide. Responsibilities

The technician will assist superiors with all emergency maintenance tasks, including finding temporary power sources for affected customers and performing inspections of cable trenches and pits. Responsibilities also involve handling customer inquiries, supervising junior staff and contractors to ensure safety compliance, and arranging for tool maintenance.
