Job Description Summary of the Role: As a Technician I, Manufacturing Engineering, you will be responsible for sustaining, monitoring, and maintaining Quasi tester equipment to ensure optimal mass production performance. The role involves ensuring proper machine setup, configuration, calibration, and correlation; maintaining quality and efficiency; preparing shift accomplishment reports; and collaborating with engineers and technicians on failure analysis, evaluations, and qualification activities. Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities: Sustain and monitor all Quasi tester repair and maintenance. Provide shift accomplishment reports and endorsements. Ensure the quality and efficiency of the assigned machine. Ensure correct settings and configuration are applied on the machine prior to use in Mass production. Collaborate with Engineers and fellow technicians in Failure Analysis and Improvement Activities. Supports Engineering Evaluations and other Qualification Activities as required by Engineering Perform correlation and calibration measurement Qualifications Education and Work Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Technology, Information Technology or a related field of study. Atleast 1 year of work experience in the relevant field. Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred. Skills and Competency Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Possesses basic computer configuration skills. Demonstrates experience in handling precision instruments and performing critical mechanical alignment tasks. Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and confidence across all organizational levels. Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask effectively and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant and clarifying questions to ensure instructions are accurately understood and executed.
