Position Overview: The Production Operator is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment by efficiently packaging, sealing, labeling, and staging products for transport. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and accuracy while maintaining a smooth and timely production flow. RESPONSIBILITIES: Package, label, lot and stack all products. Make boxes in preparation for packing. Visually inspect products for defects. Move boxes from line to skids for wrapping and transport. Assist with the set-up and break-down of the various filling lines to manufacture all the different types of MicroCare Medical products. Operate all forklifts. Daily trash and cardboard disposal. Provide support in other areas of manufacturing as needed. Ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation of production equipment. Participate in training other Operators as needed. Promote an incident free workplace by complying with safety policies and procedures and participating in company safety trainings. General facility and production clean up as needed. Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor working between production and blending. COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE Ability to read and follow detailed batch ticket instructions Mathematically competent Warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing work experience Ability to adhere to deadlines Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
