Job Description: [Technician I], primary responsibility is to drive continues Reliability Operations and maintain uninterrupted equipment’s in Rel Laboratory. Minimize downtimes and equipment over due's as possible. Provide technical assistance and engineering support within established guidelines with the objective to determine and improve product/process quality and reliability. Timely monitoring and follow-ups on samples & lots movement, maintains load/unload WIP (work-in-progress) system to track all running activities and able to identify availability of reliability equipment and plan schedules. Continues drive in ensuring that published reports and papers are of appropriate quality and content. Reliability Lab Management and Executions of activities and procedures for NPI/Non-NPI Qualifications, Evaluations, and Customer Risk Assessment in accordance with the qualification plans, international standards, and internal specifications, to improve component/process quality and reliability. Requirements/Qualifications: • Degree holder of Engineering Technology, or Technology course graduate. • Basic knowledge and Application of Reliability Testing and Operations • Knowledge on International Quality Standards (ex. JEDEC, AEC, J-IPC/JEDEC) • Has a minimum of (1) year relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment with work experience from Quality and Reliability Laboratory Operations7 basic quality tools, Fail Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, 5-Why, Fault Tree, and 8-Discipline Problem Solving. • Basic understanding of semiconductor Assembly and Test processes. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Basic knowledge in Operation of Reliability/FA Processes and Equipment • Team player & can communicate effectively with others • Must have good interpersonal skills • Preferably with work background in a semiconductor company. • Skills in using Reliability tools and accessories (ex. DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal generator, curve tracer). • Experienced to analyze and interpret electronics circuits, schematic diagrams and lay-outs.
