Job Description: Perform manual testing of semiconductor IC chips in Product Engineering Area i.e., Tester Lab Area, P&T Characterization Bench and System Level Test. Understand and interpret documentation of final test work instructions provided by Product Engineers. Setting up of DUT Board and Winway ATC/Dry Box. Able to multi-task in supporting Product Engineers from ATE Test Area to Characterization Bench and System Level Test to perform test related work. Perform ESD Monitor verification. Setup new Desktop, reformat, deinstallation of OS and troubleshoot software related problems being used on Bench Characterizations with the aid of provided procedures and basic training. Receive incoming IC parts from different sites and perform IQA when needed. Requirements/Qualifications: Diploma in Electronics or Bachelor of Science Travel Time: 0% - 25% Pay Range: We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
