SUMMARY:

Performs routine and advanced maintenance on infrastructure and clean utility systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, clean steam, high-purity water, compressed air, cold storage, and fire safety systems. Ensures systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with FDA/EU GXP standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical degree in Facilities or HVAC/R preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in at least two of the following: electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, fire systems, cold storage, or water systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Working knowledge of GXP, SOPs, and applicable national codes.
  • Familiarity with USDA/EMEA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair specialized clean utility equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings (e.g., P&IDs, ductwork, HVAC plans).
  • Maintain accurate documentation using paper-based and digital systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to complete projects.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  • Support continuous operations in a highly regulated environment.
