Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments and minor preventive maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Responsible on changing and setting of molds.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of extrusion blow molding equipment and support equipment when break downs occur and address minor problems and contact service support for major issues.
• Servicing and maintaining machineries periodically and maintain record of setting for each product.
• Assisting superior in monitoring quality of products from time to time.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner to minimize down time and maintain machine efficiency.
• Pays close attention to detail and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Optimize machine setting to minimize rejection.
• Ensuring proper handling, maintaining and storage of all equipment.
• Ensure machine is in tip top conditions to produce quality products.
• To perform any others duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirement:

• Candidates have a certificate / diploma in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
• Candidates have knowledge and experience of plastic injection Blowing
• Candidates must have a knowledge base for problem solving / technical injection skills
