Job Title: Ink Inplant Technician
Location: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Shift: Continental Shift (Rotating Schedule, Days, Nights, 12-Hour Shifts)
Pay: Based on experience
Overview: Under minimal supervision, color matching, formulating, and small batch blending support on-site at our customer location.

Essential Job Functions

• Color matching
• Mixing & preparing ink
• Quality control testing to meet customer specifications
• Coordination & control of inventory levels
• Customer service
• Troubleshooting
• Monthly/weekly reporting
• Flexibility to work on a continental shift rotation
• Work closely with the Sales & CTS team

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with X-Rite is an asset
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
• Computer literate
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Reliability is a must
• Ability to multitask
• Desire to delight the customer
• Post-secondary education in chemistry or equivalent experience is a plus
