Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Manager, International Trade, the International Trade Technician will play a key role in supporting the team’s daily operations to ensure the efficient handling of international dairy imports and exports. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College diploma required.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is essential because the person will interact with various team members and stakeholders across Canada.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of international trade practices is considered an asset.
