Description

Yanfeng Safety Systems is expanding its team and seeking an IT Specialist to play a key role in supporting production systems and plant operations. Main responsibilites: * Administers applications required for production operations and key logistics functions * Implements new functionalities and improvements to existing systems * Responsible for ensuring a high level of service to internal users within the plant * Assists in implementing systems and methods for logging and tracking user issues and support requests * Implements new traceability tracking systems in production * Responsible for YFAI company IT policies * Level of support * Complies with occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements as defined in work instructions or communicated through training * Installs, configures, and maintains computers, printers, scanners, network equipment, and other IT infrastructure necessary for uninterrupted process operations * Maintains technical documentation, records system changes, and prepares periodic reports on activities and identified issues to improve IT processes Main requirements: * IV degree of educational qualifications * working experience in similar jobs is preferred

Responsibilities

The role involves administering production and logistics applications while maintaining the plant's IT infrastructure, including computers and network equipment. The specialist is also responsible for implementing system improvements, tracking user issues, and ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
