OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory techniques and procedures, with a focus on quality control and adherence to FDA regulations. This role is essential in supporting our research and development initiatives, ensuring that all laboratory activities comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Microbiology, or Animal Science preferred.
  • Experience in an industrial or clinical laboratory setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with laboratory procedures related to histology, microbiology, and molecular biology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
  • Knowledge of CGMP regulations and quality control processes is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Excellent math skills for accurate data analysis and calculations.
  • Previous experience in research laboratories is a plus, demonstrating capability in scientific research methodologies.

Responsibilities
