JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems developed by JMA. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic components, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Associate degree in Electronics Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electronics repair and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components and systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and measurement equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certification in electronics repair or related areas.
  • Experience with specific types of electronic equipment relevant to the lab’s focus.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a lab environment.

  • Diagnose and repair JMA Distributed Antenna Systems electronic equipment, including circuit boards, power supplies, and other electronic components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to ensure repaired equipment meets quality standards.
  • Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate with JMA co-workers to address technical issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
