Description: %0AThe Lead Technician will direct a team of technicians, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The Lead Technician will troubleshoot complex technical issues, train junior staff, assign work, participate in interviewing candidates, and report to senior leadership.
