What You Will Do Execute the standard repair and/or inspection processes properly for specific aircraft engine parts within the cell by applying the current approved technical data and standard work processes. Carry out cross-functional tasks within the Cell & Repair Operations, specializing in one or more areas such as Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Bonding, Fiberglass, Plasma Spray, or Painting. Support production linearity efforts, workshop setup, housekeeping, and other assigned activities to ensure efficient operations. Develop towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training. Utilize machines/equipment/tools to carry out standard repairs. Maintain and manage operational tooling and fixtures to ensure readiness and compliance. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of repair work and related activities, including transaction in SAP/G8. Carry out any other duties as assigned. Qualifications You Must Have NITEC in Aircraft Maintenance/ Aircraft Component/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical Technology/ Mechatronics/ Precision Engineering or any other relevant courses. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Bonding, Fiberglass, Plasma Spray, or Painting. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach. Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset. Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required. Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). Highly motivated with a strong drive for success. Qualifications We Prefer Analytical with strong leadership and supervisory skills will be advantageous. Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines with relevant approval ratings will be advantageous.
