ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for an experienced Automotive Technician to join the team at Mercedes-Benz, located in Campbelltown. This role provides the opportunity to continuously develop your skills & abilities, and to assist in the development of the service team.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

• Carry out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair order and diagnosis of problem jobs
• Maintain a sound knowledge of brand products and services
• Follow correct procedures when carrying out warranty work and ensure all warranty parts are tagged with the correct information and placed in warranty storage
• Be responsible for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment and return to correct place
• Provide instruction and learning opportunities for our junior and apprentice technicians
• Collaborate with the greater Mercedes-Benz service team to help create positive and memorable customer experiences
