Job Responsibilities: Carry out repair work according to Schedule / Unscheduled Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise. Records and ensure that daily log sheet data / log book in the Plant Room is updated in the ASIS Engineering Operation Data (EOD). Request order of goods in accordance with SW / SR requirements, monitor progress of works done by the vendors and verify invoices for the payment process for the work done by vendors Carry out "Testing & Commissioning" and complete Asset Register Form as per requirement Assist and provide technical feedback to TE / FHE / FM for maintenance work requiring vendor expertise and monitoring the work done. Perform and make sure the housekeeping of Plant Room, Workshop and maintenance equipment is in good condition and safe according to the work safety act. Job Requirements: Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Able to read and understand M&E floor plan Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of pers

Responsibilities

The technician is responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facility systems and ensuring that daily logs are updated. They will also assist with vendor management and ensure the maintenance areas are safe and well-kept.
