Responsibilities Assist in carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance for building services, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic civil works. Support daily operation and basic maintenance of ACMV systems to ensure proper comfort and system performance. Assist in maintaining fire protection systems, including fire alarm and fire-fighting equipment, under supervision. Help monitor and maintain water supply systems, including pumps, tanks, and plumbing services. Support inspection and basic checks of building plant rooms, such as pump rooms, chiller areas, and switch rooms. Attend to minor breakdowns and service requests, escalating issues to senior technicians when required. Assist in supervising contractors during maintenance works and report any issues to the supervisor. Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and inspections accurately in CMMS or logbooks. Respond to emergency calls when required and support senior staff during breakdown situations. Follow safety, health, and environmental procedures at all times and maintain good housekeeping within the facility. Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Air-Conditioning Engineering, or related field. 1 - 2years’ experience in facilities, building maintenance, or a related technical role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of building services systems, such as ACMV, fire protection, water supply, and plumbing. Willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and work well in a team-based environment. Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and computer literate (CMMS or basic applications).
