We are looking for talented Diesel Mechanics to join our team specialising in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance for our Kalgoorlie branch operating on a residential based variety of rosters 10/4, 9/5 or 8/6. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  * Work on critical mining projects * Fleet maintenance * Fault diagnostics * Engine repairs both major and minor  * Work with other major OEM’s such as Hitachi, Komatsu, Liebherr etc To be successful in this role you will need the following:  * Relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (to Australian standards) * Previous field service experience servicing and maintaining heavy diesel products, mining equipment, power generation on engines and similar applications is preferred (ideally with an OEM) * Solid diagnostic, electronic and IT capabilities * Good communication skills * Ability to work autonomously as well as in a great team environment  Compensation and Benefits * Competitive salary + additional benefits  * Salary continuance insurance * Roster flexibility working either 10/4, 9/5 or 8/6 * Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms provided * Further training provided on site * Income Protection continuance insurance * Discounts with select private health insurance, PC software/hardware and a range of vehicles * Annual remuneration review * Participation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) program * A range of personal and professional benefits * Onsite parking * Employee Assistance Program available to employees * Paid Parental leave (Conditions apply) * Based in our Kalgoorlie branch – residential allowance available       Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
