REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Nitec in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, or medical devices is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients professionally.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physically fit to handle equipment setup and servicing.
• Must be comfortable with on-site client visits and occasional travel if needed.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Entry-Level Technician to assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our wellness equipment. This role involves supporting clients with technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring that our premium wellness solutions function at their best. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a technical mindset, and enjoys working directly with customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with installation and setup of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and oxygen wellness equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and service checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, both remotely and on-site.
• Support clients by explaining basic operations and safety procedures for the equipment.
• Coordinate with the technical team to document and report issues for continuous improvement.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and service tools to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer support to uphold O2genes’ luxury wellness service standards.
