We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technician Officer to join our growing team in the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging sector. In this role, you will play a key part in the deployment, integration, and support of EV charging infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that support the transition to clean mobility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct site surveys and support EV charger deployment with sales team & contractors
• Advise clients and sales team on suitable technical solutions
• Prepare installation quotations and coordinate site work schedules
• Monitor delivery, installation, and ensure quality standards are met
• Handle technical issues, troubleshooting, and participate in trainingsVerify site drawings, supervise contractors, and maintain proper records

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering (min. 1 year industry experience)
• Basic electrical knowledge (single-line diagrams, cable color codes, supply readings, troubleshooting)
• EV charger knowledge (components, PCB board/cable replacement, troubleshooting)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive
