WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

• Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, or similar qualification
• Around 3 years of professional laboratory experience, preferably in a setting that requires adherence to high standards of accuracy and quality
• Knowledge of handling, testing, and characterizing chemical formulations is an advantage
• Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
• A proactive team player who can also take initiative and work independently when necessary
• Proficient in German and good English skills

• Conduct laboratory experiments in epoxy chemistry, focusing on aerospace applications such as coatings development and metal surface pretreatment
• Develop and evaluate products to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Document and organize results in tables and reports
• Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and high-standard working environment.
