JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you good with customers, tools, thinking outside of the box and enjoy variety in your work? Premium Living Victoria is looking for a friendly and outgoing technician to learn multiple aspects of our company for you to work independently and as a team. We offer full on the job training to learn the following skills:

• Measure, customize and install retractable screen doors
• Measure and install window screens
• Measure and install patio sliding screen doors
• Install and service residential and commercial garage doors
• Driveway gate installation (Mixing concrete, Digging trenches, Running wiring, Welding Aluminum and Steel)
• Install retractable awnings
• Install motorized screens
• Install security bars and gates
• Install rollshutters

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid BC Driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
• Friendly and outgoing
• Experience with power & hand tools
• Understanding of imperial measurement
• Fundamental carpentry/fabrication skills
• Bondable and pass a Police background check.
• Good communications and customer service skills
• Effective attention to details
• High degree of accuracy
• Strong worth ethic
• Physically fit as heavy lifting is required
• Dexterity
• Quick thinker and problem solver
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
