As a Production Technician (Field Service), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to Ricoh’s Production Print customers. In this role, you will: Install, maintain, and repair Ricoh Production Printing equipment Perform service calls to meet customer satisfaction targets and nationally set service KPIs Communicate professionally and clearly with customers regarding issues, resolutions, and service outcomes Maintain accurate service records using the Ricoh Service mobile application Manage and control vehicle stock to maximise first-time fix rates and ensure inventory accuracy Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ownership of issues and effective resolution Collaborate with Production Print colleagues to implement national service strategies on time and within budget To be successful in this role: Previous experience servicing digital printing equipment or similar electro-mechanical devices Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities Proven fault-finding methodology Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment A genuine desire to learn and grow Must have Australian Work Rights What do you receive as a Ricoh Technician?
