JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in builing or maintenance services

• Carry out all maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation and effective management of the estate
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure defects are promptly reported and follow up with the necessary repairs
• Ensure that all assigned maintenance functions are carried out according to contractual requirement.
• Ensure compliance with divisional policies & ISO Procedures.
