This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely testing data to verify that all manufacturing outputs comply with strict internal specifications, corporate quality standards, and international food safety frameworks (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000). Operating on the frontline of quality assurance, this position ensures the early detection of quality deviations and maintains a fully calibrated, compliant Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) testing environment. 2. ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) Analytical Testing & Quality Monitoring Perform routine physical and chemical testing on dairy mixtures, inclusions, and raw ingredients, measuring variables such as fat content, total solids, moisture, pH, Brix, viscosity, allergen traces, and color profiles. Conduct standard microbiological plating and evaluations (e.g., Total Plate Count, Coliforms, Yeast & Mold, and pathogens screening) for finished products and environmental monitoring swabs. Document all analytical test results, batch calculations, and inspection logs accurately within the laboratory information management worksheets. Identify and flag any out-of-specification (OOS) results or critical food safety deviations immediately to the FSQ Supervisor, initiating formal hold procedures for non-conforming materials. Laboratory Maintenance, 5S & GLP Compliance Operate, clean, and perform daily verification and calibration loops on specialized laboratory equipment (e.g., automated analyzers, pH meters, refractometers, incubators, and autoclaves). Prepare chemical reagents, standard solutions, and microbiological growth media precisely according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Maintain the daily sanitation, organization, and safety of the laboratory space, enforcing strict 5S standards and chemical storage protocols. Manage the inventory of laboratory consumables, glassware, chemical reagents, and sensory evaluation supplies, initiating purchase alerts to prevent testing downtime. Sample Management & Traceability Collect, composite, and catalog retention samples from the production floor, ensuring proper labeling, sterile handling, and temperature-controlled storage. Prepare and dispatch designated product samples for external third-party laboratory testing or customer-specific quality verifications. Not the right fit?
