Job Description: Asist implement QA system / procedure. Responsible for QA of raw materials to finished products. Check slurry quality at preparation, storage & finished goods. Calculate & keep data of all process stages. Confirm the quality of preparation tanks Sample collection according to Quality Sampling Plan. Ensure product quality within control specification. Determine product classification according to type of application. Provide analysis towards the specification of raw material. Assist in product development including new product trial run. Maintain and upkeep of laboratory asset including cleaning and calibration. Ensure zero accident and report accident in Laboratory. Implement and Cascaded MVV program. Beware aware of HSE Policies and HSE objectives and targets. Complying with HSE requirement. Participate in HSE Campaign and site activities. Other duties as assigned.
