KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and a professional appearance.
  • Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and safety inspections.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Provide written repair quotes and explain procedures to Service Advisors.
  • Conduct road tests and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Service Consultants throughout the service process.
  • Stay up-to-date on brand training, technical repairs, and industry trends.
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor features.
  • Deliver high-quality service and contribute to department improvements.
