Description

Company : Associated Equipment Division Carry out repairs on all types of SDI supported machineries and equipment in compliance to standards set by principals & divisional SSD requirements. Activities require handling and grasping with hands while performing repairs and maintenance of equipment by utilizing hand tools, power tools, air tools, nuts, bolts, electronic controls and other parts. Locate and make reference to AE Service publications in softcopy and hardcopy formats Makes decisions on AE parts required for completion of AE Service jobs. Communicates with leading technicians & AE Service seniors for equipment maintenance and repair requirements. Upon completion of the AE Service job, maintains paperwork documentation of work performed in a complete and timely manner including Time Cards, parts returns & other repair related reports deemed necessary. Ensure workplace/workshop condition and cleanliness according to SSD requirements Load & unload equipment from “carriers” whilst complying to SSD requirements. Ensure all repair procedures are carried out according to the service manual instructions Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, maintaining good housekeeping Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently within the Standard Job Hour guidelines Conduct checking on parts service physically in the parts store and deliver them to the workshop whenever necessary Abide by all safety standard and practices while working in the workshop and field/site at all times Abide by company regulations and standing instructions Communicate well technically and efficiently to all levels of service staff and customers Willing to travel on job assignment with short notice Sime is a partner of choice for the world's best brands in the Automotive and Industrial Equipment sectors.
