• Perform routine maintenance of machines and equipment
• Perform maintenance of tools, jigs and fixture and manage requisition of duplicate tools and scrap of obsolete tools
• Assist in machine installation and trial runs of new machines and equipment
• Provide support in troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment
• Support validation processes by preparing samples, conducting trial runs and collecting and analyzing data
• Update work instructions and document records for maintenance and production activities
• Co-ordinate with suppliers and internal department for maintenance and calibration tasks
• Conduct internal on-the-job training for production operatives
• Participate in audits conducted by internal and external bodies to ensure compliance with standards
• Administration work and other tasks as assigned
