Position Description A Technician at IPC has the critical responsibility of repairing and maintaining the many types of games and attractions we offer. This includes preventative maintenance, electrical, and mechanical repair. The Technician works under the Head Technician and the General Manager of the store. Requirements Requirements: 2+ years of experience in the game room or technical field preferred, but not required Ability to repair and maintain amusement equipment, including go-karts, bumper cars, and video games Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and basic computer equipment repair Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills Ability to order parts and maintain inventory Physically able to move supplies and equipment as needed Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained Perform tasks as assigned by the Technician Manager Excellent verbal and written communication skills Provide friendly and courteous interactions with guests when needed Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance Perks Enjoy free drinks and discounted buffet meals during breaks Earn Scratch Card rewards with prizes like gift cards, cash, and more Career Growth: Opportunities to advance; we LOVE promoting from within!
