About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Technician Supervisor to join our Gaming Technicians team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Supervise daily activities of gaming technicians, ensuring timely response to service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance * Monitor gaming machine performance, identifying recurring issues and escalating concerns as needed * Assign tasks and manage technician schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts * Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical guidance to team members * Ensure all technical operations comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specifications * Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, machine configuration records, and regulatory documentation * Assist in coordinating with gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support and repairs * Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables, ensuring availability for daily operations * Stay informed on new gaming technologies, system updates, and equipment enhancements * Support integration of new gaming platforms, cashless systems, and digital interfaces * Collaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations to maintain system connectivity and operational reliability About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electronic gaming machines or gaming equipment maintenance * Previous experience in a lead or senior technician role within a regulated gaming environment * Strong understanding of electronic gaming machines and table game hardware, software, and networking fundamentals * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
