Whether you’re a photography enthusiast, a tech expert, or a truly curious person, we’ll help you grow your skills and expertise.   The Technician Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of repair technicians to ensure production targets, backlog health, and quality standards are met. This role focuses on coaching technicians to remain on task, achieve on-target performance, and make sound repair decisions while reinforcing KEH repair values. The Technician Supervisor balances people leadership with hands-on repair support and day-to-day operational execution.   Location * On-site Smyrna, GA  -this is an on-site one   What You Will Do:   * Supervise and coach a team of approximately 10 apprentice technicians * Coach technicians to achieve on-target percentage, throughput, and quality expectations * Actively manage and coach backlog flow, aging, and prioritization * Keep technicians on task and aligned with daily repair priorities * Perform hands-on camera and lens repairs as needed to support backlog flow and quality * standards * Explain repair decision-making, quality expectations, and efficiency tradeoffs to technicians * Balance hands-on repair work with supervision and training responsibilities * Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins focused on skill development and progression * Ensure proper bench, desk, and tool setup for all direct reports * Enforce and model SS standards across apprentice work areas * Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and KEH repair expectations * Track training progression and readiness for expanded repair responsibilities * Monitor quality trends and address rework or repeat issues through coaching * Use NetSuite tools and other internal KEH systems to support workflow, backlog tracking, and reporting   Skills Needed to be Successful: * Demonstrated camera repair experience * Fundamental camera repair techniques * Comfortable working within the NetSuite system and ability to learn KEH internal systems * Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to articulate expectations and hold others accountable   Work Hard, Play Hard: Enjoy a hard-working and fast-paced environment where your work is celebrated and where you can commit your energy and efforts alongside like-minded individuals who are focused on building and growing a great company and winning.   Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
