The Technician Support – Software assists with maintaining OKSI’s software and data systems by performing basic configuration, routine updates, and data cleanup to ensure accuracy and reliability. By supporting specific projects, this role helps keep systems properly configured, information current, and updates implemented on schedule—contributing to smooth and efficient project operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or coursework in IT, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in software support, IT helpdesk, data management, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with basic system configuration, applying software updates, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Exposure to troubleshooting software or data-related issues in a project or operations environment.
  • Basic understanding of software systems and data management
  • Familiarity with applying updates and performing simple configurations
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established processes
  • Effective communication skills for documenting changes and collaborating with other
