Description

Our company is an established player in the technology sector and known for its high-quality products. The foundation of our success is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where our complex production plants play a central role. To strengthen our team, where experienced professionals and young talents work together successfully, we are looking for a qualified Technician (m/f/d) for the Maintenance department.
If you possess sound technical expertise and the drive not only to rectify faults but also to actively optimize systems, we look forward to receiving your application.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support for Production Plants: You will independently perform complex servicing, maintenance, and repair work on various semiconductor production plants, particularly our furnace systems and automated transport systems, to ensure their availability.
  • Systematic Analysis and Optimization: Continuous monitoring of production plants and machine processes, especially furnace processes. Identification and analysis of failure hotspots and recurring failure mechanisms for sustainable troubleshooting and elimination.
  • Improvement of Plant Technology and Performance: Active participation in increasing plant uptime through process optimizations and technical improvements. Planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance measures.
  • Spare Parts Management and Documentation: Responsibility for the needs-based supply of stock and spare parts. Meticulous documentation of plant conditions, service interventions, and modifications performed.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Project Collaboration: Supporting the training of operational staff. Serving as a technical contact person and coordinating internal production projects, plant planning, installations, and relocations in cooperation with relevant departments.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Providing regular updates on activities performed and plant status, as well as coordinating work priorities with the Head of Service and Maintenance.

Your Profile:

  • Qualification: State-certified technician, ideally specializing in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification as an experienced qualified electrician.
  • Professional Experience: Relevant professional experience in maintenance of industrial plants, preferably in the field of semiconductor manufacturing or similiar.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking abilities and a systematic, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
  • Working Style: A high degree of initiative, independence, and a practical, hands-on mentality.
  • Communication: Good command of German and English, both written and spoken, for technical documentation and communication.
  • Teamwork & Organization: Strong teamwork skills combined with planning and organizational talent.
  • IT Skills: Proficient use of MS Office; experience with SAP and plant-specific software is advantageous.
  • Electrical Testing: Practical experience and ideally relevant further training/certifications in the field of electrical installation testing (according to DGUV Regulation 3) and/or thermography are advantageous, but not required.
  • Automation / Control Systems: Basic programming skills (e.g., C++, SCL, KOP) or experience with common PLC systems (e.g., from Mitsubishi, Siemens, Beckhoff) are also advantageous, but not a prerequisite.

We Offer:

  • Security & Compensation: A permanent employment contract with performance-related compensation (e.g., according to the metal industry collective agreement) and attractive social benefits.
  • Technological Environment: A responsible role working with state-of-the-art production plants in a dynamic and future-oriented industry with a growing degree of automation.
  • Development Opportunities: Diverse training opportunities and possibilities for professional and personal development.
  • Team & Work Atmosphere: A collegial environment where knowledge exchange is highly valued and your opinion counts.
  • Additional Benefits: Benefit from numerous perks such as company pension schemes, subsidies for public transport tickets, company and sports events, employee discounts (Corporate Benefits), a canteen, and other offers.
