Description Responsibilities Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components. Perform maintenance and service work per manufacturer specifications. Ensure all repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards. Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines. Maintain certifications and participate in ongoing technical training. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred. Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience (dealership experience preferred). ASE certification(s) or manufacturer certification(s) preferred. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical service bulletins. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
