Working as a part of our amazing service team, the technician provides a second-to-none experience for each and every customer. This Technician may come into the company as a Master, Maintenance Tech or Lube Tech, depending on experience Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: Examines customer vehicles Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance Estimates cost of repairs Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance Documents services performed Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines Great working demeaner with co-workers Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations Demonstrates “Caring Drives Us” the Company Core Values Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties For hourly positions, Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $25.00 - $45.00. For a productive/bonus-based pay plan the Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $31.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Provide a clean and valid California license Have the highest level of workmanship Must be reliable and punctual Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Pass a drug test Pass a background check
