Total customer satisfaction is the main objective of this position, doing things correctly, the first time. This position has the general responsibility for the reception, dispatch and exercise of the equipment with safety in the workplace, in the EPC (Equipment Processing Center). Job Description WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide assistance to truck drivers inside and outside the facilities. Ensure safe handling and movement of vehicles and equipment within the premises. Maintaining the quality and safety standards set by the company and our customers. Organization and scheduling of various types of production as well as inventory control and maintenance. Safe handling and movement of vehicles & equipment within the facility Confirm that quality standards meet or exceed customer requirements. Use of hand and air powered tools. Entry and exit inspections. Quality audits. Generation Reports and KPI Guarantee the execution of daily tasks in time established in the work schedule. Any general duty assigned by the supervisor. Oversee general facility and report to the supervisor the appearance including building maintenance and safety related tasks including pot hole repair, dust control, drainage issues. Keep shop/work area clean and report any company equipment in need of repair. Follow directions from operations & Facility to complete all assigned tasks timely and safely. Perform many different types of job functions as required by the workload. Job Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED Ability to satisfy the physical requirements of the job listed below. Perform work from a wide range of positions including standing, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling, reclining, from scaffolding or ladders Sufficient hand and arm strength to un-package, install, or remove equipments parts. Pushing and pulling heavy material handling equipment such as floor cranes or jacks. Capable of work outside in all reasonable weather conditions Conduct work responsibilities while exposed to dirt, dust, and fumes from the operation of construction equipment, cranes, forklifts, etc. Knowledge of the tools used to complete duties of the position. Ability to read and comprehend machine manuals and schematics Must possess a current and valid drivers’ license.
