Certification or associate degree in a related field (e.g., Network Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology) is a plus.

Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration:
Install, configure, and test internet service equipment (e.g., modems, routers, fiber optic cables, etc.) for new and existing customers.
Ensure proper alignment, signal strength, and optimal setup for customer networks.
Respond to internet connectivity issues, perform diagnostics, and troubleshoot network problems.
Repair or replace faulty equipment such as routers, STBs Telephone sets and wiring as needed.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers on how to use and maintain their internet service.
Communicate technical information in a clear, non-technical manner to ensure customer understanding.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while working in the field
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to installation, safety, and data protection.
