This position involves operating specialized cleaning equipment, interacting with customers, and performing routine vehicle inspections. The technician must follow established safety protocols, complete scheduled assignments, and maintain effective communication with coworkers and management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Safely and efficiently operate carpet cleaning tools and equipment. ? Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and managers. ? Drive company vehicles to and from job sites and conduct routine vehicle inspections. ? Evaluate and address problems that may arise during cleaning services to ensure quality results. ? Punctually attend all scheduled work shifts. ? Perform residential estimates to assess customer cleaning needs. ? Coordinate with dispatch, close out completed jobs, and handle payment collection. Requirements Job Requirements: ? A valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years, with a clean driving record over that period. ? Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. ? Basic problem-solving skills and adaptability in a customer-focused environment. ? Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
