JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for qualified and experienced Engineers, Technicians, and Operators to join our team for the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, Thermal Desalination Plants (Aqua Chemical, Alfa Laval, MECO), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in O&M of RO, STP, or thermal desalination plants.
• Proficient in working with Aqua Chemical, Alfa Laval, and MECO systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems and field instrumentation is an advantage.
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• ADNOC project experience is a strong plus.
• Offshore or remote site experience is desirable.

• Operate, inspect, and maintain RO, STP, and thermal desalination systems.
• Monitor and control system parameters, water quality, and chemical dosing.
• Execute troubleshooting, preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Conduct cleaning-in-place (CIP), flushing, and preservation procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Support commissioning, shutdown, and startup activities as required.
