Description Job description: We are currently seeking a 1st and 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. ***$1,200 Sign on bonus ($400 after 3 months, $400 after 6 months and $400 after 12 months)*** Shift Premium: $1.75/hour Essential Job Duties: Perform preventative maintenance on the temper mill, lasers, sheet pickler, overhead hoists, forklifts and other equipment in the facility. Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime to production. Estimate time and extent of repairs. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Maintain material and supply inventory. Other projects as assigned by management. Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Professional development assistance Work Location: In person Requirements Qualification and Education Requirements: Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience required. Experience with troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, circuits, PLCs, etc. Experience troubleshooting Laser Cutting Machines and/or Phanuc Controls Experience troubleshooting sheet pickling lines, temper mills, shears, slitters a plus. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Deadline and detail-oriented. Ability to operate a computer and/or tablet device. Good communication and reading skills. Ability to multi-task and trouble-shoot in a fast-paced work environment. Must have own tools (see list of required basic tools)

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment including temper mills, lasers, and forklifts to minimize production downtime. Manage material inventory and complete assigned work orders across first and second shifts.
