Description de l'emploi Dans le cadre d’un remplacement au sein de l’équipe maintenance de notre site d'élaboration et de production (vodka Grey Goose) basé à Gensac la Pallue, composée de 6 personnes, nous recherchons un technicien maintenance process H/F. Le poste est rattaché au site de Gensac, mais s’inscrit dans une dynamique de rapprochement et de polyvalence avec l’équipe maintenance du site de Cognac. Dans cette optique, le technicien pourra être amené à intervenir ponctuellement sur le site de Cognac, en fonction des besoins techniques et de l’organisation des plannings. Votre mission principale sera de contribuer, par vos interventions, à la disponibilité et à la performance des équipements de l’usine. Vous réaliserez des opérations de maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative sur les équipements, ainsi que des interventions de première urgence et de mise en sécurité sur les utilités et les bâtiments, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe maintenance bâtiments. Vos missions principales seront de : Maintenance préventive Participer à la réalisation des gammes préventives Participer à l’élaboration des plans de maintenance préventive des matériels et les faire évoluer Maintenance curative Réaliser les diagnostics et les dépannages dans les meilleurs délais Participer à la préparation des interventions d’entreprises extérieures et les accompagner sur le site Maintenance améliorative Proposer des améliorations des équipements à partir de ses observations et analyses Participer à des études, de l’expression du besoin à la consultation des entreprises extérieures Suivi Renseigner, utiliser et mettre à jour les documents techniques mis à sa disposition Assurer le suivi technique des équipements, Rendre compte des activités réalisées (ex : CR GMAO…) Suivi du stock et des achats pièces détachées Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive. Profil et compétences recherchées : Autonomie, initiative, rigueur, exigence Sens de l’observation, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, gestion des priorités Méthodique dans l’analyse des pannes et interventions Aptitude au dialogue et à la formation (transfert et acquisition de savoir-faire, communication) Connaissances des réseaux terrain (Ethernet /ASI /Profibus…) Connaissances Automates SIEMENS, langage STEP 7, TIA Portal & Robotique FANUC Connaissances technologies capteurs, actionneurs, variation de vitesse, pneumatique, mécanique, électrique, hydraulique Connaissances plomberie, ajustage, petits usinages, soudure Lecture et réalisation de plans Mécaniques, Electriques et Pneumatiques Connaissances des matériels d’embouteillage et d’élaboration liquide Connaissances en sécurité électrique (habilitation) Familiarité avec l’utilisation de l’outil informatique (dont GMAO, SAP, Microsoft Word & Excel…) Maîtrise des règles de sécurité et connaissances des règles d’hygiène alimentaire (HACCP). Le poste est à pourvoir en équipe : 2x8 ou 3x8 et ponctuellement à la journée. Responsibilities
