Le rôle Le Pôle Indemnisation Construction du Département Indemnisation Risk Management recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Indemnisation en Construction (Dommages Ouvrage). Intégré(e) à l'équipe, vous gérez en toute autonomie votre portefeuille : * Vous assurez la gestion complète de sinistres y compris d’intensité * Vous adoptez un rôle de conseil auprès de vos clients et leur apportez votre expertise durant l’intégralité du processus * Vous suivez l’intervention des compagnies d’assurance * En vous basant sur un reporting de votre activité, vous proposez un retour sur expérience à vos clients. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Chargé de clientèle ainsi que l'ensemble de l'équipe client.

Responsibilities
