Position: Accounting technician/ Administrative assistant
Location: CM Laundry

Job Description:

• Perform billing
• Manage client and supplier accounts
• Process payroll for 70 employees
• Take orders
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and inquiries
• Assist management and the team
• Provide administrative support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Must be bilingual (French and English)
• Experience with Sage accounting software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong team player

Availability:

• Permanent full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• On-site

Type d’emploi : Temps plein
Rémunération : 25,00$ à 26,00$ par heure

Horaire :

• Du Lundi au Vendredi

Formation:

• DEP/ AEC ou Certificat (Souhaité)

Expérience:

• Comptabilité: 1 an (Souhaité)
