JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Technicien Service à la Clientèle to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
