JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Technicien Service à la Clientèle to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

    Pay: $15.25-$25.00 per hour
