We are continuously growing and are therefore looking for an IT Technician who will report to the IT Systems Team Leader.
The person will work closely with IT Systems team and our internal teams.

As an I.T technician, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users regarding all IT-related questions and issues.

• Provide technical support (helpdesk) and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and network-related problems.
• Install, procure, and configure hardware, software, services, and licenses.
• Monitor and maintain workstations, servers, and datacenter resources.
• Manage user accounts and system access rights.
• Document procedures and troubleshooting.
• Support the IT team on specific projects and assist with other related tasks.

Tools:

• Windows workstation and peripherals. Linux machines.
• Remote access tools (SSH, RDP, VNC, teams, teamviewer, RSAT), VPN, windows, and Linux servers (Powershell, bash, MMC, adobe, bookstack, Bitwarden, Lansweeper, proxmox, git, etc).
• Cisco IOS, Synology DSM, PFsense, Unifi controller, etc.
• Active Directory, WSUS, MDT/WDS, GPO/GPM, Microsoft 365 Business suite, Docker.
