As an NPI Engineering Technician at Tesla Engineering Germany GmbH, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and support of new product introductions. • Perform complex and precise electro-mechanical assembly work while maintaining a clean and orderly work area
• Support build processes, perform reworks on components (turning/milling), and prepare documentation for Design and Manufacturing Engineers
• Ability to read, interpret, and create documentation and drawings, and to give and follow precise verbal and written instruction
• Responsible for updating production records to ensure accurate tracking of processes
• Maintain NPI Pilot Lines to keep current with changes in product design and manufacturing process
• Troubleshooting equipment and processes by collaborating with engineering, quality and operations
