About the team Your mission Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von technischer, prüffähiger Dokumentation für militärische UAV-/LMS-Systeme. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Unterlagen CPM-/BAAINBw-konform aufgebaut, versioniert und audit-ready sind – und dass Engineering, System Engineering und Programmteam mit einer klaren, belastbaren Dokumentationsbasis arbeiten. Responsibilities Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung technischer Dokumentationen für militärische UAV-/LMS-Systeme (insb. BAAINBw-/CPM-konform) Ausarbeitung und Strukturierung von u. a.: Systembeschreibungen (z. B. System Description Document) Bedienungsanleitungen, Wartungs- und Installationshandbücher Testplänen und Prüfdokumentation (z. B. MoC-Nachweise, Compliance Matrix) Sicherheits- und Freigabedokumenten (z. B. EMV/MIL-STD, export-/security-relevante Unterlagen) Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, System Engineering und Projektleitung inkl. Review-/Freigabeprozessen Anwendung relevanter Dokumentationsstandards (z. B. ASD S1000D, TL A-0031 und vergleichbare) Pflege der Dokumentation in DMS/PLM inkl. Versionierung nach ISO/DIN-Vorgaben Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Unterlagen für Audits und Freigaben (z. B. WTD, BAAINBw) Qualifications Technisches Studium (z. B. Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) oder technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation als Technischer Redakteur/Autor Mehrjährige Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation, idealerweise im Defence-/Aviation-/Regulated-Umfeld Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentationsstandards (z. B. S1000D, TL A-0031; STANAG von Vorteil) Verständnis militärischer Anforderungen/Regularien (z. B. CPM, MoC, BAAINBw) – oder nachweisbar schnelle Einarbeitung Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse vorausgesetzt Strukturierte, präzise und Zielgruppen orientierte Schreibweise; hoher Qualitätsanspruch Tooling: MS Office; idealerweise FrameMaker, XML/DITA; PLM/DMS (z. B.
